LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Design fees are presented and broken out per room. The letter of agreement is signed by both parties and a retainer is received.
DESIGN PROCESS
An in-depth meeting discovers your functional needs and aesthetic desires. Spaces are measured. Construction documents are produced and reviewed with you. Revisions or refinements complete the drawings.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Cabinet finish, countertop materials, tile, lighting, etc. are selected and priced. An itemized proposal is presented. Drawings are shared with General Contractors for a construction proposal.
ORDER
Materials are ordered. Cabinetry has a typical lead time of 12 weeks.
CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
We oversee construction and installation from beginning to completion.
